Established in year 1965 and have since moved from strength to strength, now firmly established as one of the leading producers & exporters of wide range of textile products
Our specialty is the production of fabrics for the defense Forces, such as the Army, Navy, Air force, Police, Security Forces, Rangers, and other Para-military forces. These fabrics include camouflage-printed drill, cellular cloth, dyed, printed and gray drill, satins and Sheeting cloth.
Furthermore, we produce fabrics for school and industrial uniforms for regular use as well as other fabrics and apparel. This includes fabrics such as drill, twill, canvas, cambric & sheeting.
The secret of company's success lies in being able to fully understand the clients' specific needs and then delivering them products strictly confirming to the desired quality always within the agreed time.
This has been achieved through observation of quality control at all levels
Rauf does not carry a long reference list, but a list of renowned customers who are placing repeat orders on regular basis. In turn, we constantly endeavor to keep our old as well as new and regular customers satisfied.

Entire Facilities
Weaving: This section is equipped with modern American Warping and Sizing machines, complete preparation unit, and Swiss Weaving machines (84 Shuttles Sulzer machines).
The production of these machines results in high quality fabrics and gives a production capacity of 30,000 mtr/day.
The machines are managed by a team of high skilled workers and supervisors who manage the equipment's to produce quality fabrics that meet the highest international.

Processing: Our unit comprises machines for woven sizing and de-sizing, open-width bleaching, open-width washing and mercerizing, continuous dyeing, pad thermosol dyeing, pad steam dyeing for finishing stenters with auto pilot, sanforizing for shrinkage control.

Bleaching: The open-width German bleaching machine we employ processes 80,000 meters of fabric per day.

Dyeing: Our continuous dyeing plant, which is German origin (Kusters with Manforts), provides excellent result from vat, hydron blue, reactive, disperse dyes and has the capacity to dye 50,000 meters per day.

Sanforizing: We have one of the best shrinkage control machine for woven fabric, which is capable of giving sanfor controlled shrinkage results.

Production Capacity: For 100% Cotton & Poly Cotton (any blend) the production capacity is 50,000 liner meter per day. Furthermore, for 100% polyester or light shirting material on Jet Dyeing the capacity is 12,000 meters per day. Total daily production is 62,000 meters.

Environment Program (To obtain ISO 14000): Rauf installed caustic lye recovery plant from KORTING, (Hanover, Germany) for environment friendly working and making mercerization. We also keep on updating, modernizing equipment in all departments wherever may be necessary.

Quality Control and Laboratory: Quality is the key to all activities at Rauf Textiles. Advantage has been taken of the Company's international connections to organize and develop quality control processes and to conduct quality assurance at every phase of production, in order to meet with the demands of high standard materials by international buyers.

Rauf Apparels (Pvt.) ltd.

Rauf Apparels (pvt.)Ltd. made its advent in 1990. We are specialized in manufacturing of Work wear, Industrial Clothing, Hospital Clothing, Aprons and Work wear in Specialized Fabrics like Stain Repellent, Fire Repellent, Water Repellent, Uniforms, Men's Trousers and Men's Shirts. Etc.
We have integrated facilities of Weaving, Dyeing, Processing and Sanforizing (Pre shrunk). In Short we can say that "we buy yarn and ship Garments"
The Company was started with the co-operation, technical assistance and guidance of a German company operating on the same lines and consistently increased its production capacity over time. We are producing over 200.000 pieces of work wear and industrial clothing per month.

Garments Division

This is a section around with Rauf Apparels (Pvt) ltd. operates. It comprises a modern line-up of machines for cutting, stitching (1000 Machines), safety, arm-feed, button stitching, bartak, steam press etc.
The production capacity of this section is around 2,00,000 garments per month, produced by a skilled forced comprising of 1200 skilled and semi-skilled operators of 1000 JUKI stitching machines Fully specialized in industrial, professional and protective clothing.
This division also produces hospital clothing, casual wear, school uniforms, water repellent garments, rain coats, flame retardant garments for the Air Force, Firemen, the oil industry, steel mills, etc.
In short, Rauf Apparels is known for its quality products comprising bibpant, overalls, jackets, pants,
protective clothing, casual trousers etc.
