 The Co mpany maintains a most modern laboratory, equipped with the new modern machines and also a Color Computer compatible with Spectrophotometer (Spectra Flash 500) byÊ DATA COLOUR International for shade matching. The laboratory is complete for physical testing, chemical analysis, shade matching mechanism and quality control. Following Machines are used in the Laboratory : Curing & Steam Ager: This machine is used for thermosolig and steaming of the dyed samples. Padding Machine: This machine is used for padding. Oven: Oven is used for dryeing. Spectrophotometer: Spectrophotometer is used in colour matching, it is getting reflectance values of the sample and calibrated every eight hours. High Temperature Dyeing Machine: This is used for Polyester dyeing and also used in for washing fastness test. Digital Weighing Scale: This is used for accurate weighing. |
